Covid catch- up Funding- expenditure
The government have provided a fund of £650 million for primary schools to use as they see fit to ensure that children are not disadvantaged by the Coronavirus pandemic.
This amounts to £28560 for the school.
We have identified the following areas that the children need support with and allocated funds accordingly. This will be reviewed termly with a major review at the end of term 4 to determine impact and prioritise spending for summer term.

Purchase of 1 year subscription to Online Reading scheme- “Bug Club” as sending reading scheme books home is not currently possible. Technological support for home learning |
Following the loaning of 28 laptops to families over the first Covid 19 lockdown, we will look to purchase 25-30 refurbished laptop computers to form the basis of a “Technology lending Library” to enable disadvantaged families to be able to access additional learning opportunities at home. |
